PROBLEM:

Kentro Capital were looking for additional Employee benefits for their staff, something that was different to their current EAP (Employee Assistant Programme) that would be well received by Employees and be cost effective to the group.

SOLUTION:

After enquiring via our Employee Benefits & Workplace Will Writing service, a call was set up with their HR team. With 450+ staff based across the UK, we had several meetings to work out the logistics to roll this out. We set two days of webinars, with enough lead in time to gain traction with Employees. The sessions we to cover the importance of having a Will and we also covered with financial resilience against death and critical illness. We planned to make them as interactive as possible. We also agreed two days of face to face appointments at Kentro Capital's main office in London.

OUTCOME:

The successful roll-out of workplace will writing resulted in improved financial planning and increased peace of mind for employees and their families. By partnering with Protect365, employees were able to easily create legally binding wills, ensuring their wishes were respected and their assets were distributed according to their wishes.

The process was seamless and convenient, with the provider offering both online and face-to-face options.
