PROBLEM:

David M Robinson reach out to Protect365 as they wanted to reduce their Private Medical payments, it was a benefit they wanted to keep and add members at the same time, whilst looking for the best deal possible. There was ongoing claims within the existing plan, which needed to be continued with the new Provider. We had a lead in time of just two weeks as the renewal deadline was approaching.


SOLUTION:

Paul worked tirelessly with David M Robinson to gather all the information required, individuals involved and the current claim status. He brokered a deal between the existing Provider and a new Provider to ensure there was continuity during the switch, whilst adding new members of staff to the plan. This was managed from start to finish by Paul and Protect365 with clear communication between the Client and Provider.


OUTCOME:

With support from Paul and Protect365, we were able to switch the client to a new Provider, adding options such as dental and optical cover, as well as mental health and a physio service. We managed to save the client approx £3,000 compared to their renewal premium, whilst adding 9 new members of staff to the plan. We continue to support the Employer and Employees, working closely with the HR team to ensure they utilise the benefits that Private Medical Insurance Provides.
